1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the twin68 website accessible at twin68.lat and all associated gaming services, interfaces, and tools.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User following successful registration on twin68.
• "Player Balance" means the total of real-money PKR funds held in a User's twin68 Account wallet at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spin winnings, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account by twin68 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds (or deposits plus Bonus Funds) must be wagered before a withdrawal of resulting winnings can be processed.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process twin68 uses to confirm a User's eligibility.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all twin68 Account balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated.
• "Pakistan Payment Methods" means Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, and direct bank transfers from Pakistan-registered bank accounts.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the twin68 Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, playing, withdrawing, or using the support service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions supersede any prior verbal or written agreements between you and twin68. twin68 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the twin68 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Access to real-money gaming on twin68 is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 18.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities and persons acting on behalf of third parties are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period with twin68 or any related gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not have had a previous twin68 Account closed for breach of these terms, fraud, or any other rule violation.

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the twin68 Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, names, addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on official identity documentation.
• A valid Pakistan mobile number in +92 format, which will serve as your primary Account identifier.
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• Any additional information twin68 may request during the KYC verification process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. twin68 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility until you formally report a compromise to twin68 support.

twin68 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its discretion, including where duplicate Accounts are detected, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where a User is found to have provided false registration information.

5. KYC & Identity Verification

twin68 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity, age, and payment ownership of all Account holders. KYC verification may be requested at any time during the Account lifecycle — including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a deposit, or at twin68's discretion.

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Pakistan National Identity Card, passport).
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered mobile number and CNIC details).
• Source of funds documentation if required by twin68's compliance team.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. twin68 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Deposits & PKR Payments

All deposits to your twin68 Account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). twin68 accepts deposits via the following Pakistan payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, and direct bank transfer from Pakistan-registered bank accounts including HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. Additional payment methods may be added at twin68's discretion and will be displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit amount: 200 PKR via mobile wallet methods.
• Minimum deposit amount: 1,000 PKR via direct bank transfer.
• twin68 charges zero platform fees on deposits. Any fees applied by the payment provider itself are outside twin68's control.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• twin68 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third party or fraudulent payment source.
• Deposits are credited to your twin68 Account in real time under normal processing conditions. Network or provider delays are outside twin68's direct control.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money PKR balances from your twin68 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the associated deposit, wherever technically possible. This anti-money-laundering policy protects you and twin68.
• Withdrawals are processed to Pakistan mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay) within a target processing time of 5–15 minutes for verified Accounts under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 banking hours.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 500 PKR.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal of the associated real-money balance is permitted.
• twin68 charges zero fees on withdrawals from the Platform. Payment provider fees, if applicable, are the Account holder's responsibility.
• twin68 reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, bank accounts not registered in your name, or payment accounts that do not correspond to your KYC-verified identity.

8. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

twin68 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance and are not available for immediate withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly on each individual offer.
• Bonus Funds that remain unused after the stated expiry period will be removed from your Account automatically.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one per Account, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• twin68 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing wagering requirements for already-claimed bonuses will not be retroactively increased.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional offers through multiple Accounts, structured deposits designed to trigger bonus thresholds, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• The maximum withdrawal from winnings generated exclusively from free spins or no-deposit bonuses may be capped at a stated amount per individual offer. Check individual offer terms for applicable caps.

9. Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games available on the twin68 Platform — including slot games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, Cockfighting, Mega Wheel, crash games, and lottery draws — are governed by specific game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the specific game rules expressly state otherwise.

• All RNG-based (non-live) games on twin68 use certified Random Number Generator technology that has been audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by twin68 or any other party.
• Live casino games use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by professional human dealers in accredited studios. Outcomes are determined entirely by real-world physical processes and are verifiable via the live video stream.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, the version of the result stored in twin68's official game logs shall be considered authoritative. If a game is discontinued during active play due to a technical failure, twin68 will attempt to restore the game to its last known valid state. Where this is not technically possible, twin68 will credit the relevant stake back to the Player's Account balance.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the twin68 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. twin68 reserves the right to take immediate action — including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — against any User found to have engaged in the following:

• Registering or using more than one twin68 Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using or attempting to use stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods for deposits.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Player who discovers a technical error must report it to twin68 support immediately and must not exploit it for personal gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets, access the Platform, or circumvent security measures.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with casino staff, including coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the twin68 Platform to process funds of unknown or illegal origin.
• Abusing customer support services, including making false claims, harassment, or threatening behaviour towards support staff.
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or purchase twin68 Accounts.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the twin68 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of twin68 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the twin68 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming use.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the twin68 Platform without the express written consent of twin68.
• The twin68 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of twin68. Unauthorised use of twin68 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

13. Responsible Gaming

twin68 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to all Pakistan players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all twin68 Account holders directly from Account Settings:

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, twin68's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of the real-money PKR balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

twin68 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Losses resulting from Force Majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, government actions, or civil unrest.
• Temporary Platform unavailability during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Inaccurate information you provided during registration or KYC that results in delayed or declined transactions.
• Delays in payment processing caused by Pakistan payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, or banking institutions, where such delays are outside twin68's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits twin68's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by twin68's negligence.

15. Amendments to These Terms

twin68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes affecting your financial rights, eligibility criteria, or withdrawal conditions — twin68 will notify registered Account holders via their registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the twin68 Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the twin68 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and twin68 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, you may escalate the matter through twin68's formal dispute resolution process.
